This app is so thrash you guys should work hard in this app every time it says error I don’t know what to do now
EFL app never works
Initially was working but after a year time the app doesn’t allow to log in or create a new profile. The service is also poor. I purchased the product with extended warranty but they are charge every time whenever any issue arises. Don’t buy this product
Connection Error
When I downloaded the app it wouldn’t even let me in it kept saying “Connection timed out, please check the network” and kept loading please fix this issue.

Like many have vented out, not sure I purchased this LVAC. Customer support is clueless on how to solve the problem. Now the robo can be used only via primitive remote. Application not working and cannot use robo to the intended uses

Can’t open app
Keeps saying connection timed out. Check connection, even though I am next to to Wi-Fi router

It’s been few months this app is not working at all, the robo cannot be used without the manual operation. No support from the team as well.

Robo LVAC
The product is good but useless without the app. Inspire of having bad experience with Eureka on other products, I really don’t know why I landed up in buying from Eureka again. Before purchasing they really butter you but once the purchase is made they reply you initially but after some time all our complaints fall into deaf years. They don’t have any idea why their own app is not working. Purchasing eureka products is just like throwing money down the drain. It’s really disappointing for such bad customer service from the company

Worst app !!
One of the worst apps to use. Logged out of the system and its been weeks that app now doesn’t open up. Tried different phone as well and app still doesn’t work. Keep showing same error

Its been 6-7 months. This is a pathetic app. Now and then the map gets changed. The restore option does not have the historical maps we save..The product is good to have stuff but this app makes it irritating.
Robovac lvac voice pro not connecting
Pathetic to see that my lvac voice pro is not connecting to the Wi-Fi and not even showing on this app. Need my money back.
