Never shows charging status need to go to the car to view status.. always gets disconnected..

It’s logs very frequently and it drops the charging but it still shows it as active in app. Which Is a miss match of the data

Major Issues with Charging Station and Refund Policy

Don’t use there chargers. It’s not working properly and last 6 months I am following for refund but till date not get any response from them.
