in iphone 15 when we add units or amount after that the screen goes blank. tried rotation of the screen buy yet its not working. Guys its the reputation of the government kindly make the app easy to use.
Worst experience with updated app
Earlier app was very easy to navigate, add money to wallet and charge initiated. But now it is like worst. After every navigation post start charging, the whole screen becomes blue and option to go back only works . App is not operative. Not able to add money.
Bad payment and refund
My amount was paid twice but charge didn’t happen. Bill didn’t generated and didn’t even got the refund. Other two charge sessions carged only for less amount and in app says refunded but it is not refunded. There is no support and help and contact is not available. Need help regarding refunds
