Good app but could be better
Would you please make it where it wants it identifies a certain device that you don't have to keep putting codes in to sign in it is a very annoying feature, also making it to where you can edit money codes and so forth bank deposits would be wonderful too

We have called your office on numerous occasions. None of us can receive tokens on our cell phone and so if we are not on a computer and able to login, we have no way of giving our drivers cash advances or pay for lumpers. FIX IT!!
Needs work
I’m only able to login once. When I go back to login in again it says “something went wrong try again later.” I have to delete the app and reinstall it to login every time. Not very helpful when I’m away for the office.
It use to work
This app USE to work well. Now, I have to delete & reinstall the app every time I need to use it. If I try to login without deleting & reinstall the app, I get a “Something went wrong. Try again later” message. Can you please fix the app?
Horrible
Every time I try to log in, it gives a notice “something went wrong” and won’t let me log in. I delete the app and redownload it. I’ll be able to do one code the. It’s back to not being able to log in that something went wrong again. Every. Single. Time.
It doesn’t work!
This is the 2nd time my employer has tried to get me set up to use the EFS system and it will not let me do anything after I get logged in. 👎

Silly terry just about every time I use it I have issues between the app and the website of making a payment so I can use the card. Please fix it.

I have to uninstall and reinstall every single time I use it in order for it to let me login. It’s extremely annoying

Used to work great
Over the past week; the app will no longer work. If I delete and reinstall the app, it will work one time. The next time I try and use it, I get a message that says “Something went wrong, please try again later.” Later never works.
Worst App logs you out the second you close it
Looks like they using cheap labour because why it scan my face but still ask me to enter the password and then on top of that wait for the authentication code and then rescan my face to access it ? FIX IT.
