Direct deposit is an absolute nightmare doesn’t utilize frequency only dollar amount and if less than scheduled it cancels transaction. Paying bills is such a problem

Unbelievably difficult to access. Tried everything suggested by my fuel desk and unable to get into the app. 888 number is a bad joke; cannot get past the computer to a live body.
