Great remote monitoring and control
Have had 2 systems with 6 pro batteries on one, and 3 on the other for 2 years. Can monitor, or adjust remotely, if needed with ease. Great systems.

Good hardware, godawful software
I have had so many problems setting up this inverter. All because of “lowest bidder” software and bad documentation. When I finally had it connected to the cloud I come to find out this app is absolutely atrocious. The web portal is marginally better but even that was written by amateurs.
This app is garbage
This app is full of spyware and it literally refuses to work unless you enable location tracking. Do not use
Location Access Required, Overly Constraining
It seems that a recent update makes the app now require location access to launch the "local connect" option for monitoring/interfacing with the inverter. This may be a bug, or intentional, but either way it's not acceptable.
Don’t stop
Need to incorporate the same functions on the web version. One is the lack of import grid metrics, to compare to the export numbers.
Gridboss and ac coupled solar
EG4 hardware is fine, but they need help with software. App is really bad. AC coupled solar doesn’t show as solar in app. App is super slow and non responsive. Programming settings is a mess. They need to realize they need to higher experienced software people in US.
Good but could use improvement
I like the function of the app. The only improvements are a better history and make the numbers a little larger for us who have trouble seeing the numbers on the app.
Dark mode
Please give us dark mode it’s too bright
Consumption
Why does the consumption not show on the app? Our equipment isn’t on WiFi but when I check the app when in range the consumption always shoes zero.

2. On the data page could we please get an import to user value. (import from grid)
3. On the main page could you please enable pinch to zoom. In some lighting conditions it’s hard to read.

Missing features
Lags significantly compared to the access on the website
Certainly one of the apps of all time.
Why can’t I change all the settings from the app? The Flexboss doesn’t have a screen and the app doesn’t have all the settings so I have to go into the web monitor just to turn certain settings on? It doesn’t make sense.
Please fix and put a new update up 7/23/25
It says it fixed stuff but all I see is it no longer gives you power imported from grid for the 6000xp. Not sure if there is anything else but I’d wait for the next update when they fix this
Doesn’t work
Can’t get past login. Always gets a failed to analyze response. Must be something with the 12000xp setup I have since others work. I have to use the web version.
Awesome DC Hybrid System
This app is amazing. I have six batteries, two hybrid inverters, a grid, boss, and a Generac generator. I have 31 kW DC production with Tygo optimizers. I see everything going on in my storage system. The app tracks the online software very closely. Nothing for me to complain about. I’ve been using it for three months and can’t find anything wrong with it.

Please show AC coupled solar
I only have AC coupled solar hooked up on the generator port of the inverter and this app doesn’t show production for that in the data. It only shows DC coupled. On the website it has both, but I prefer the app, and it’d be so much more helpful if the app would show me the complete picture of my system. Right now the app just doesn’t tell me anything about my solar production. Seems like an easy thing to add since it’s available online already.

Full battery notification
Love the app. Would be nice if there was a notification alert when the battery reaches 100%.
Import data missing from graph
Refresh isn’t great but manageable and much better than on android. I think it is missing critical data with not having import information available in the app on the graph. Also, it tablet experience isn’t great.
Good working app
It gives you the information you need. Alittle heavy on the advanced setting but good overall
