Fix sign up issues please

Installed app and launched. Progress bar goes to 100% and then nothing happens. Eventually after 1 minute it throws “Something went wrong” error.

Restart app and it now asks me for mobile and then enter code. Great. Then asks for Email. Ok. Then asks for name, email and mobile. Whaaat? You just asked for those details and you’re asking again.

So I enter details, and app breaks again and new mobile code issued but can’t enter it.

Sounds like the developers need to re-evaluate the sign-up process and streamline/fix the issues. Spoke to two other people at church who have given up on the app as they can’t get it working.

Error something wrong try again later

That’s what the app say when I try to sign up .

Loopy

Seems to be stuck in a loop repeatedly asking for a phone number then an email then asking for them both again.

eGiving easiest way to give

So grateful to have an app where we can return to the LORD what is His. No matter where in the world we may be, it is good to know that we are able to return to God what is His. “Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all the crops you grow.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3:9‬ ‭FBV‬‬
