Over-Complicated
Having to wait “7 Working days” for a QR Code to enter a country is super ridiculous. Especially when you have a quick upcoming trip. This is where they get you to expedite a process and pay $60-$70 for a quick “expedited” QR Code. And the crazy part about this, you still have to wait another “30 minutes” just for your file to be “reviewed”.

I love the app. It’s more convenient. I find this app more easy whenever you have a document that you need to find. DL, BC, MC,and etc. I usethis app to enter to the country which more convenient and hassle free. Thanks for making this app more accessible.

Awful less than 0 stars. It should have better pixel recognition. Can’t read my passport correctly so it declines me.

Too Sensitive & Not Intuitive
The app is too sensitive and not user friendly esp when I was trying to take my passport photo. Also, it takes more than 24 hours for my account to be verified which is too long. Why can’t it be instantaneous? I am traveling in 2 days time which is plenty of time to apply for in the egos app but it is still stressful having to wait that long for it to be approved.

Buggy app / No contact Support
Upon arriving in the Philippines, I tried to use the eTravel system, but it kept showing the error message: “The email must be a valid email address.” However, the email address registered in the app is valid, and I am receiving emails and notifications from the app without any issues.
Even the airport personnel responsible for checking the QR codes were confused by the error, so I ended up filling out a paper form instead. I have tried contacting the support team, but I have not received any response.
This was quite a hassle, a huge waste of time, and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
