Server speed
I personally like the speed of this system and multiple departments however, some of them are not functional or empty.
I wish the other major government agencies such as LRA has the same speed from login to processing requests online. Their system is like in DSL era. The purpose is great but the technology that supports it is from the dinosaur age.

Over-Complicated
Having to wait “7 Working days” for a QR Code to enter a country is super ridiculous. Especially when you have a quick upcoming trip. This is where they get you to expedite a process and pay $60-$70 for a quick “expedited” QR Code. And the crazy part about this, you still have to wait another “30 minutes” just for your file to be “reviewed”.

I love the app. It’s more convenient. I find this app more easy whenever you have a document that you need to find. DL, BC, MC,and etc. I usethis app to enter to the country which more convenient and hassle free. Thanks for making this app more accessible.

Awful less than 0 stars. It should have better pixel recognition. Can’t read my passport correctly so it declines me.
