Get rid of that duty free ads
The ad covers the needed information to get the QR code, who knew it was under the ad. Last year I was in the airport trying to find my code, those people there was looking too and couldnโt find it - it was there all the time behind this duty free ad.
Now I understand the problem I was experiencing. You could possibly put that ad upon logout.

You need to fill in everything but the place or flight number you wanted is not on the menu. It scanned my passport but it wrongly put my issuing authority and itโs not easy to change.
A barrier to travelers
My parents were flying to the Philippines after visiting us here in Canada. They were told at Vancouver airport to have the eTravel ready and that I could do it for them using my phone. But the damn app kept asking for verification, my passport, and other information about myself.
I used it before to travel back to Philippines and verified everything back then. I understand that it does that because itโs connected to so many damn government agencies. Seriously, why are you guys making it so inconvenient for people to travel to the Philippines. There should just be one dedicated app for travelers as not everyone needs access to other government agencies.

Support team for outside Phils. is not updated, too complicated just to change email address
Cannot change email address. Multiple tries still failed to verify. Support team does not respond. Donโt know how to get my QR code this Dec. when I fly into Cebu. Email courier will no longer exist by end of Aug.

Text Message DISCREPANCY
I apply online to renew my NBI clearance.Paid and delivered to my address. I received a text message that itโs updated to my eGov account. BUT ITS NOT. In addition, I addressed 2 other issues last months about my OWWA experience online and PAG IBIG accounts. Nothing has been resolved. Specially my MP2 account (Pagibig mistakenly posted my advanced payment that should be for 4 months and they posted it for only single month). I submitted the payment proofs and yet they wanted me to send letter? So incompetent and inconvenient to dealโฆ.
