Support team for outside Phils. is not updated, too complicated just to change email address
Cannot change email address. Multiple tries still failed to verify. Support team does not respond. Donβt know how to get my QR code this Dec. when I fly into Cebu. Email courier will no longer exist by end of Aug.

Text Message DISCREPANCY
I apply online to renew my NBI clearance.Paid and delivered to my address. I received a text message that itβs updated to my eGov account. BUT ITS NOT. In addition, I addressed 2 other issues last months about my OWWA experience online and PAG IBIG accounts. Nothing has been resolved. Specially my MP2 account (Pagibig mistakenly posted my advanced payment that should be for 4 months and they posted it for only single month). I submitted the payment proofs and yet they wanted me to send letter? So incompetent and inconvenient to dealβ¦.
