Scam
I have no idea what this is, and I don’t need help writing an email. There’s no way to end or terminate any kind of subscription and they continue to take 3999 from my Apple wallet.
**So after I posted this review, I received and response from the developer stating that they have not received any request to cancel and gave me an email address to send, I sent screenshots of the four sent and they continue to attempt to take 3999 every three days. This is definitely a scam and I do not change my stance.

I did the free trial and found I do not need this app for what I am doing. I have been being charged each month since January it’s now July and have disputed every charge and sent emails to stop this. Please close my account and stop charging me monthly for a service I do not use.

I’ve had this app for over a year and a half now and I must say, I use it daily! It’s not because I don’t know how to write! It’s just, better! In wording, emphasizing what I’m trying to communicate either in a professional email, personal email or simple response. Thank you for creating this app to better help me with my everyday 🫶🏻

Poor customer service
I have been trying to reach guest services for a week haven’t heard from them yet i keep getting charged.
