I tried this in three months ago, it was not what I thought it was , so i cancelled , within several minutes of trying it. Now 3 months later, they are still charging me. No response or acknowledgement from the company whatsoever.

I do not just hand out 5*’s they have to be earned. After using Grammarly and putting up with their filters I was on the search for a top notch AI editor and I found it. Please do not change anything about your program and I will keep paying.

I have no idea what this is, and I don’t need help writing an email. There’s no way to end or terminate any kind of subscription and they continue to take 3999 from my Apple wallet.

Giving error on my desktop
I signed up for this app using an anonymous email and now no im trying to use it on my desktop by using an apple link but its giving me an error and if I use my actual apple email address is telling me there is no account and to sing up and charge me all over again I tried emailing costumer service and no respond but on my phone the app works perfect just wish I can use it on my desktop or if costumer service can guide me on logging this app through the web on my desktop
