Absolutely rubbish to use forget about simple when using this platform my advice don’t even waste your time

Deleted and re-installed 5 times and nothing. Doesn’t get much worse than that.
Useless and not for purpose.
What an utterly useless app, the app won’t even open on my phone, eventually I had to call my bank to find out what it was they wanted which defeats the object of using Egress, needless to say I complained to the bank “Natwest” about being forced into using Egress and how utterly useless I found it, if at all possible avoid Egress, if I could give it zero stars I would.

Egress is terrible and completely unusable.

Good grief - truly awful to use! I have only downloaded this as it was required to communicate with a government agency. It’s a truly awful system - clunky in the extreme, doesn’t function correctly, and impossible to do anything simply. I can access a message I have sent, but not the one I received as apparently I “don’t have permission”. It also autocorrected my name on setting up the account, and it seems impossible to find where to correct that. It also will not link to my yahoo mail account. Impossible.

Crash on opening
iPad the app just crashes on opening.

Has any of the developers actually bothered to see what letters received by this sad app actually look like when opened in a browser?? Or tried to download it?? Aren’t you guys supposed to test the app you’re working on to make sure it actually works? Well in this case either you didn’t - which means you’re rubbish at your job - or couldn’t be bothered to fix it - which is even worse. Either way I now ask companies to send me info my email can’t deal with this useless app anymore.

This app is not designed to work on a small iPhone (SE). The continue button is outside the fixed window.

Logging in has always been frustrating ++ and getting worse Especially when multiple email addresses are used and across multiple devices - not cross synched.
We DO NOT have time to waste to obtain the critical clinical information we need to manage our patients effectively and safely. This is a huge hinderance and unacceptable risk.

App Could be a lot better.
Why
Why doesn’t email push through to the app? I’m still finding it in junk in my regular email by chance. What is the point of the app? Why are sent emails called packages? Why was it so difficult to set up in the first place and then so awkward and useless thereafter? Why does this have 4.3 star rating?
