Works well
Read bad reviews but it all worked well and efficiently with me.. you have to be close to the receiver but that’s good for security… The worst issue was not the app but the slowest opening gate in the world with only room for one car waiting in line and then the rest tailing back and blocking busy road junction… this has to change.

Smooth first experience
The reviews looked terrible, but honestly I didn’t encounter any problems as a first-time self-storage user.
It is a bit fumbly having to get through multiple security doors using your phone while pushing a giant trolley, but I don’t think there’s a much better solution given the level of security they need.
I’ll give it five stars. Why not?

Not a good experience
Wait for 20 mins to download upon arrival. No other ways to use the storage without using the app. Single point of failure.

Poor service, recently the app is not working, unable to gain access. Fortunately someone let me in, his App worked !!
