Ich stand am Tor und möchte es mit der App öffnen, aber die App dauert ewig zu laden und am Ende kam einfach eine Fehlermeldung
You can’t have an access to open anything?
After minitrials receiving the six digit code the gate not open and I can’t get to the building sadly bringing 20 boxes today ending with returning home and put them back in a room what a nonsense
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t function and weekend helpline unable to assist. Avoid if getting to your goods at weekends is important.

L’app ne fonctionne pas quand on a besoin et bien sûr aucun support technique de la part de Shurgard.
Terrible service, expensive
Easy to sign up, difficult to cancel. Insurance is a rip off, don’t bother.
PayPal integration is a disaster
Both App and website PayPal payment options end in error. The App’s autopay bank option had some hiccups but eventually worked out.
Funktioniert nicht mehr
Die App hat funktioniert aber jetzt nur noch Errormeldungen. Einloggen geht auch nicht mehr. Man landet in einem unendlichen Loop aus E-Mail eingeben und Login Code eingeben.
Monthly Payment
My monthly payment has been increased out of a thin air. Disgusting. Will never ever use Shurgard self storage again.
Zugang
Eigentlich alles gut. Schöner wäre es wenn die App auch in Apple Card möglich wäre oder es per Kamera mit Kennzeichen Erkennung möglich wäre das das Tor sich öffnet ohne das man immer das Handy rausholen muss!
Awful and completely unnecessary.
No idea how or why the brains trust at Shurgard determined that such a poorly thought out and inadequately developed app was the way forward. A solution looking for a problem.
App doesn’t start up
Visited my storage in Euston and couldn’t get in because the app just shows a Shurgard logo. Left it for five minutes and still just the logo. Two hour journey back home empty handed.

C'est juste un site Web ouvert dans le navigateur de l'iPhone et non une application native. Le bouton pour les conditions générales en France en anglais montre le même document en français. Pas d'authentification à deux facteurs. Aucun identifiant de visage n'est requis. Toute personne disposant de votre téléphone accédera à la zone. De plus, l'entreprise vend des casiers simples avec un code à 4 chiffres pour verrouiller la boîte. Cette application est une blague. Veuillez engager des experts en sécurité informatique pour cela, vous risquez la sécurité de tout le monde.

I have ten fingers and a brain to remember a code. Fumbling with a phone while having my hands full or dealing with trolleys is so impractical.
Can’t wait to be done with my house move, delete your app which by the way I’m sure is giving you yummy metrics on me that make you a little more cash on the side.
