Two months ago I found a large lump in my breast..it has been a whirlwind of tests biopsy’s mammograms,mri but I had all that and a bilateral total mastectomy..the nurses,doctors,surgeons everyone did not mess around. No time wasted and now it’s all gone. Wonderful amazing group at Lourdes breast center.

Billing Issue
I have been a Guthrie patient for decades. I have talked to several billing reps, including admin and explained an issue on my account. I explained why my balance wasn’t correct and was told not to worry that it would be corrected. I was told that although I had a $250 credit and a balance of $250 you couldn’t apply credit against balance??? Finally after trying to resolve this since last June 2025 I paid the balance! I have a $0 balance and they still won’t return my credit. This issue over a $250 credit is totally insane and I’m a very upset customer! MY BALANCE IS $0!

App doesn’t work for me
I have been told that my drs orders have been in the Guthrie system for over a week Va can see, but Guthrie schedulers can’t???
Can’t message medical team
You continually send me notifications of waitlist and I continually add keep existing appointment but that doesn’t stop it. It keeps coming in coming .
Er visit
Staff was amazing caring and took excellent care of me and did all the testing to find out my diagnostic all staff between 4 am and 10 am on march 19 2026 in Binghamtons Guthrie r amazing and very caring of there patients

EGuthrie is not showing any new lab results and they do not have an alternative way to review your results if your doctor is not available to discuss them.

I’m constantly receiving “patient education “. I was not able to read it until after the test was completed and for over a month I have received this notification for the patient education. Also the site has difficulty connecting and exchanging information with my other my chart that it is linked to. The only service that has been helpful is the message exchange with my doctor.

Not worth having anymore.
I can no longer submit RX refills to my MD nor see orders/status updates for Guthrie pharmacies.

Guthrie is really a nice place. All the staff members are cooperative and the doctors are amazing. My primary care doctor Adriana is a great person. She always helped me, answers questions carefully and did her best.

As with the total experience of this organization, I am very pleased with how well it runs. This added feature allows me to review my appointments and test results at my leisure.

The app work great and has lot of information. I like that you can communicate with your doctor and make appointments. You get all your lab results and test results. You can keep track of your medications and order refills. Very helpful App

There doesn’t seem to be an icon to print reports and I would like to see Dr Notes on all procedures

Site provides info on everything related to individual care at Guthrie. Keeps schedule of appointments, summarizes office visits, posts test results and charts and compares results of tests for annual exams. I have found it to be invaluable.
Decent
Useful in paying bills, seeing results, & making appointments. Would be more helpful if the results would not pop up here before the providers get a chance to review them though.
