I’m constantly receiving “patient education “. I was not able to read it until after the test was completed and for over a month I have received this notification for the patient education. Also the site has difficulty connecting and exchanging information with my other my chart that it is linked to. The only service that has been helpful is the message exchange with my doctor.

Not worth having anymore.
I can no longer submit RX refills to my MD nor see orders/status updates for Guthrie pharmacies.
One place
It’s really nice to be able to get many services in one place. Starting to get on the same page with everyone else.
Family Care Doctor
Guthrie is really a nice place. All the staff members are cooperative and the doctors are amazing. My primary care doctor Adriana is a great person. She always helped me, answers questions carefully and did her best.

As with the total experience of this organization, I am very pleased with how well it runs. This added feature allows me to review my appointments and test results at my leisure.
Great app
The app work great and has lot of information. I like that you can communicate with your doctor and make appointments. You get all your lab results and test results. You can keep track of your medications and order refills. Very helpful App

Great staff good doctors
They are enhancing this and it’s getting better.
There doesn’t seem to be an icon to print reports and I would like to see Dr Notes on all procedures
e-guthrie review
Site provides info on everything related to individual care at Guthrie. Keeps schedule of appointments, summarizes office visits, posts test results and charts and compares results of tests for annual exams. I have found it to be invaluable.
Decent
Useful in paying bills, seeing results, & making appointments. Would be more helpful if the results would not pop up here before the providers get a chance to review them though.

I really love the new app. Test results get loaded quickly. Before when it was Lourdes I had to find on the web and dig for a way to get a virtual appointment. With this new app it’s all located in one easy spot. You can also message your provider as well. I do wish my provider was a little more responsive when I email him. It is a new system so I definitely understand. Really really nice app.
I do wish that they would put status updates on the financial applications on the app to track the progress of your application.

What’s the point of e Guthrie except to remind u of appointmentsents
Over the last year I have multiple procedures and visits. Not just for the fun of it I have chronic medical problems. I have only had 2 providers reach out to me after a procedure they ordered. I am an Rn with a medical background and some of my results are concerning to me. I read after visits and read #(1) words from a er doctor that never layed hands on me they write nothing in there reports . The er nurse was going to discharge me without me even seeing the Drs to explain to me what was going on. I will follow up with the nodule on my lung as was suggested by radiologist but Dr. or what ever he calls him self not having a clue never mentioned it. It most definitely won’t be a Guthrie. Sad after working there for 20+ years this is how we are treated. Would definitely not recommend Guthrie to anyone.
I do have to say the nurses were great especially Phil he is not only knowledgeable but has compassion for his patients. Cassie was my discharge young sweet but may have felt intimated by the incompetent ways of Physicians. Not to mention my B/p was at 1/59-170 over 200 But no worries you would have had to read my old records. . Never again.

Slow Test Results
I got a simple x-ray three days ago and still no results available.
Unorganized
eGuthrie is extremely unorganized.
Wrong locations
When I try to make an appointment for something, it doesn’t give me Binghamton, which is the closest to me. It gives me Cortland it gives me Ithaca, It gives me Sayre, Pennsylvania. Guthrie/Lourdes hospital in Binghamton is the closest to my location. Please fix!
Family share
I really appreciate being able to look up my parents lab values and other details. It’s such a blessing to be in the know from the comfort of my home. Then I can explain things to them easily. Allowing family members access is helpful!
Layout
Because of the layout of this app, it is very difficult to see and use
No follow through
App allows provider to not have to follow up on old issues. I believe the time out period is 30 days. Hard to get a follow up question addressed without having to pay for another visit. More disconnected from patient than ever.
My stay at the hospital
I am still registered in the hospital. I am so totally unhappy with the care that I am receiving the Drs requested for me to have my feet elevated on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday 10:27 AM. I just got a elevated with one pillow, not above my heart, I don’t know what this is. the staff is the worst they’ll start with you leave and don’t come back when Lady was going to look for me a pillow. She walked away with her hair and never came back. Well, this is the Care that I am receiving at Guthrie hospital it is the worst, I could not wait to write a review. This is a review from just one day and I’m suppose to be in here three days as they say and it is extremely cold.
