Slowest Blankest app ever
I have no idea how this app has a 4.6 rating unless only employees have been ordered to rate it.
This is possibly the slowest app on the internet. It also, quite very often, shows nothing but blank screens.
How does this happen in 2026?
I am running iOS 26.5 on an iPhone 16 Pro. The app is the most current version. My WiFi speed is over 350 mbs down and 100 up.
I have deleted and reinstalled several times.
Guess I have to break out my laptop and try from there.
It shouldn’t be this hard to pay a bill.

Wow!! Finally your website and your pamphlet sent out has Benefit information, where last year it had basically nothing. I still wish you had an actual telephone number to call, however you now are providing answers where previously I had none. I’m so happy. Keep it up. It is appreciated thank you.
