This app not working
Why you create this system when you can’t handle this . This system give so much trouble for traveler. I have to cancel my flight because of this stupid system.

Accidentally uninstalled the app and its not letting me sign in again since with error "ID card details not verified". Called 109 many times to no avail. Kindly fix it.

Fifa is in less than a month and your app is still not working. Are you expecting everyone to use your app and its required to enter your country when it actually doesn’t work?!!!

Keeps spinning on registration
Entered a US phone number and the app keeps spinning. Never gets an OTP. Given this app is required to enter Qatar basic registration feature isn’t working.

Impossible to register
I've been trying to register as visitor for more than a month and no success. It's simply impossible to get through the first page. The data is correct, the problem is the app.

Horribly designed app
I downloaded the app earlier today. After over twenty tries, I am still not getting past the registration step. Baffled as to how an app that is required to be downloaded and on for the entirety of a trip in Qatar can be so faulty.

I’ve been trying to register with the app for 10 hours and have been unsuccessful.
Unresponsive crashing app
If it works, it works. Most of the times, it has not worked for me in the last 3 days. Trying to get my information in for my upcoming trip and the app is just stuck. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work. It’s frozen screen with a message please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on which btw is on. Surprised with all the resources at their disposal the team responsible for developing it perhaps would have done a better job. SMH

Preregister
If you’ll be visiting Qatar you definitely need this app to go anywhere. You need to do the preregistration part (submitting vaccination records) before you try to login. Otherwise it will just look like it’s never sending you the text verification code.
