This app is nice but there are a few issues with it first is that when I want to do mindspark it keeps on logging out on its own and says oops your session as expired and when I do the active topics sometimes it says 0 sparkies even though I did more then a few sums

Worksheet without a question
No support from the team, my son solving worksheet and suddenly it’s showing without question. From 13th May I’m seeking help but no help.. even comment got deleted.. it’s not helpful at all.

The app gets signed out automatically and then I have to delete and reinstall it to access the app again.This is a major issue please fix it.

When I do so many questions (2-3 5-9 or more) one of the questions is nowhere to be found it is annoying and also it’s not landscape and it will not work even on when the rotation lock is off pls fix hope you see this

Rotation is not supported in iPad in screen, and the words are jumbled.
The app glitches when re-opened and wont let you open the app or log in, resulting re-installation every time. I’d love it if you could kindly look into that.

For school :like for gems legacy school .And in safari it glitches like accidentally automatically logged out so please fix that
Cannot use on weekends due to updates
Hi, app is unusable on weekends due to updates , customer support is also unavailable. Unable to capitalize the available time on weekend and weekdays it’s a stretch. It’s better to do updates midnights rather than day time on weekends.
