Great!

I have tried many qigong apps and this is by far the best qigong app out there!! Not to mention the best qigong I've done in over 10 years of qigong practice.

Easy to follow

I can't always stand for qigong exercises. I'm glad to see there are qigong exercises for those who need to sit. These exercises are easy to follow. Dr. Yang shows in-depth movements. I really like it.
