From Great to not so Great
I was very impressed in the beginning and when I tried to log in afterwards to access my ancestor results the app keeps on closing and I have to open it again. Each time the same thing happens. The entire reason for purchasing the kit was for the ancestor reason and to see how it narrows down.

After updating the app yesterday I can’t view my Ancestry results.
Should’ve read the app reviews first - can’t even log into app
Reading through the other reviews I’m concerned I paid for something that’s not going to work, and my first experience with the app proves just this. I can’t even register my email as the registration button isn’t even triggering a link to be sent to me to do so. Not a good sign considering this is step 1 and even this isn’t working.

App is totally non intuitive and unhelpful.

The app is well designed and looks great aesthetically.
The app doesn’t work, I can’t access any of my information and results. Whenever I click on it, the app shuts down automatically.
Better app development needs to be done, if you’re going to market a product focused around the app.
