From Great to not so Great
I was very impressed in the beginning and when I tried to log in afterwards to access my ancestor results the app keeps on closing and I have to open it again. Each time the same thing happens. The entire reason for purchasing the kit was for the ancestor reason and to see how it narrows down.

After updating the app yesterday I can’t view my Ancestry results.
Should’ve read the app reviews first - can’t even log into app
Reading through the other reviews I’m concerned I paid for something that’s not going to work, and my first experience with the app proves just this. I can’t even register my email as the registration button isn’t even triggering a link to be sent to me to do so. Not a good sign considering this is step 1 and even this isn’t working.

App is totally non intuitive and unhelpful.

Constant Requirement to Login
The app seems fairly well built for the most part. I'm still waiting for my test results but every time I open the app it wants me to login.
Why can the development team not just integrate the iOS biometrics so I can just open the app and it logs me in that way.
The constantly having to put my email address in and use the magic link gets annoying.

Bad app
Probably the worst app I’ve ever had to use. Pathetic. Why can’t they develop a proper app that actually works and that is user friendly.

It’s been a great experience using this. I couldn’t believe the results! I waited about six weeks for my results and the results were great! Customer service and their development team helped me out when I couldn’t get in! Thank you!!
Blank screen
Recently, when I try to look at the results, all I see is my name on an otherwise blank screen. I’m using an IPhone 7. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, yes. No difference. On my other phone, the app is frozen on the teal BioCertica opening screen.
I wish the developers would spend a bit more money on app development. Or, at least have a mirror online platform so that we can look at results using a browser.

Quick & Intuitive
Great update to the app. Results are now shown more beautifully and is easy to access. Loading time is quick and in-app purchasing is super easy.
App doesn’t work!?
The app does not appear to work. I have managed to open it once to get the test information in my vault (which didn’t mean a lot to me, btw). Now I can’t even get to it again, seeing that I need the app on my phone. But it doesn’t work!!
Dumb app doesn’t work
This app doesn’t open for the past week. I’ve been trying to open it and it doesn’t work.
At one point it was fast and easy to use. Now it’s not even moving past the opening page. Then if you’re lucky enough to sign in after trying 200 times, I didn’t even receive a message with a pin code to enter. So disappointing and time wasting

Unable to sign up
The User journey is horrid. I’m unable to sign up because it goes in a loop. I sign up, it sends a mail, I click on the link, it asks to open app, app is still on open email. I don’t know what else to do
Slow service. App doesn’t work anymore
Service is slow. Was told 6-8 weeks to get my results. Really? But initially had to ask via email because I wasn’t sure. Don’t want to email the individuals running this again because email reply to that question came back with some snark to it
