Flashes up and then disappears
This app data used to appear on my Apple Watch as gate entry and no longer does that. Not a very useful product at this point.

I don’t remember iit from 10 yrs ago so I changed it again for this and now it is wrong for everything else . Wh as t do I do?

Super easy to navigate for this senior.

This app is basically useless.
Reliable and functional
Initial version had several issues which were quickly resolved. Current version is easy to use and seems quite reliable.
Awkward to use
Not all data transferred over. App appears to be bug-ridden. The use of ‘I’m not a robot’ is antiquated and awkward. All in all the old one was better.
Needs a Calendar View
The primary view of this app should be a calendar view or, at the very least some integration with the users calendar app, allowing users to easily see who is coming when and what for or how often.
Hard to Read!
This app doesn’t make use of Apple Text Sizing in SETTINGS.
It is hard to read even on an iPhone 16 Pro.
The fonts don’t honor the BOLD or LARGER sizes should you want to use them.
If you fix this shortcoming then I’ll give you some more stars.

Successful app
Quite simple app. Needed some assistance at the first time because I did not receive a code but they helped us quickly and I was able to login and use since then.
Update Added Wallet Support
Changed review to 4 stars from 2 stars while I continue to use and evaluate this this app. Wallet support has been added in an update.

Incompatible
Requires iOS 17, but my neighbors’ iPhones can run only iOS 15.

No Wallet Support
How can an access app not support passes that can be stored in wallet? Everyone on the other end of this unfortunate app has a legitimate complaint. And as someone who has been forced to use this app will be recommending its removal to the HOA board until this basic function can be rectified.
