I made this breath work app to memorialize my mother, Eirene — named after the Greek goddess of peace. The fundamental sessions in this app will always be completely zero-cost, ad-free, function without any need to create any accounts, and will never track or sell people's information in any way. Because I hate all that stuff. Guided tummo breath work exercises for beginner, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. Open the app, pick one, go. On-screen animation with optional haptic cues that guide each breath, so you can practice with your eyes open or closed. It features a pre-session safety guide that precedes each session to remind folks about practicing safely.
