Situation
I’ve placed 2 orders till now and the second order got extremely messed up, don’t wanna get into the details. The first order was good tho so I wanted to order again but now the app is not functioning. I had credits in the app as well so now stuck.

Top-tier quality and service! This is my second time ordering from them, and they never disappoint. The quality is consistently excellent, and their customer service is outstanding. They’re always active, responsive, and keep me updated every step of the way. Highly recommended!
Absolutely terrible experience.
Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery times were completely inaccurate and kept changing. Customer service kept giving different timings, and I even took screenshots of what they were saying before. No transparency, no solution. I still have not received my order and they are refusing to refund my money. Extremely unprofessional. Do not use this app.
(Update in response to the company’s reply: I asked to cancel the order multiple times because it was not delivered within the promised timeframe. The delivery calls only came after 9pm, which was already outside the delivery window shown in the app. I clearly stated it was too late and requested cancellation.
The delivery was out of the agreed time frame, and I have screenshots proving the inconsistent timings provided by customer service. This is not about a discount policy — it is about failure to deliver as promised and refusing cancellation when the service was already delayed.
I stand by my review.
