Could be better
Need default language selection for perticular patient on follow up visit. We have to change every time as per patients visits. I requested multiple times to it team, to have this basic settings updated,as competitors have this ( and they don’t even promote it as a feature ) , but I got flat NO as an answer. It seems they aren’t developing basic upgrades, and just running behind AI integration ! It wastes a lot of time for each patient as u have to remember the step of language selection !

Very User Friendly
I have already used other softwares in past but then I landed on Eka Care by a reference. It’s a very user friendly software with maximum customisation and integrations. The support is also quite faster.

Core functionality missing
I have created this profile recently but when someone tries to book an appointment online, it says - all online services are booked…. So no one is able to book an appointment. What is the point of this app if the core functionality of booking an appointment is not working. There’s been zero support. It’s been weeks, I raised my support ticket and there has been no help and issue persists.

Pathetic app, False promises to gain customers
I am a paid user of Eka doc since 2 years. Before renewing by subscription I was repeatedly called by Eka executives to pay renewal fees. They had harassed me by their calls. Later I was offered google reserve service after which I paid the renewal fees. It is 3 months since I have paid the fees, they haven’t sent me the receipt, haven’t activated google reserve , whenever I try to reach the executive who promised me google reserve, she doesn’t recurve phone calls , customer support only replies that they are working on it. The app keeps getting changed, has multiple bugs, the management is very poor. Other EMRs are much better, like Bajaj and Health plix. No doctor should fall prey to their commitments, their only purpose is to renew subscription and take money. I recommend DO NOT PAY AND USE EKA CARE. I have screenshots and call recordings of their false commitments. Can share if any one wants.

Overall good.
My three years experience! Using eka doc on browser has been seamless on most days but lately it has been difficult to use on iPad and iPhone .Trouble adding new patients,starting consultations, making video calls/teleconsultation. The support team has always been helpful in providing any assistance needed, but the app needs more work.

Good app
Eka care is a good app for clinic management. The more you use it, the easier it becomes to use. You can add multiple clinic locations with a single profile. Mr Rohit has been constantly with me helping out in learning to use this app. He knows his work and is readily available if any issue arises. I would strongly recommend it for users.

Best Platform for Doctors.
I have been using this platform for a while and found it very easy to maintain my records and manage my OPD. It has so many features like the OCR and WhatsApp prescription pdf, which is the best. I recommend this to all the Doctors.

Best iPad EMR and OPD management app
I have been using Eka care EMR on my iPad to manage my OPD and prescriptions and would recommend it every doctor. The OCR features which they have is a tool that no software offers and is easy to read and records medical reports. The software is full customisable and operate. I was really wondering for seamless app/software for generating my prescription, bcz sometimes it feels like really cumbersome to write same medicines and it's instructions again and again..so that part is THE BEST.

My experience with Eka Care has been absolutely phenomenal. To begin with the app has a smooth interface and very user friendly design. The learning curve is almost negligible. The WhatsApp integration is seamless and it's a big add on to the already superb App.
