Took away food with no Comms
How could you take away food delivery casually without saying a word? Master class in corporate comms failure. Also, a bunch of the restaurants uncharged anyway despite the claim they were not supposed to.
Cheaper, quicker, feels better for privacy too
Using this in Jersey City. The restaurant selection is small but solid, they seem to have picked excellent taste / value spots across cuisines. I also like the central building pickup style (apartment info isn’t needed), makes it quicker to handle things.
I hope this service can stick around long term, I’d be happy to continue ordering regularly.

No customer support
You can’t contact restaurants. Restaurants can’t contact you. If your order is modified you won’t be able to cancel order even when you don’t agree with alterations.

Wished for a service like this for a long time
Many times high markups of delivery stops me to order foods when I don’t have time to cook. Ekatree is definitely a life saver and solves many of my hesitations in meal time. Definitely will recommend to my families and friends.
