Unnecessary
No idea why this was implemented. Queuing for tickets has never been an issue. The app was clunky for users and staff and I hate the admin of having to claim a refund. If this is reducing staffing for the Ekka, I shouldn’t have to pay a fee to remove my money. I would rather just tap a credit card rather than downloading another app, signing up another account and having to claim back at the end.

No 'Refund button' as advertised
Don't top up your pass with too much money, you won't get the money back because there is no refund button as as advertised on the Ekka FAQs.
Doesn’t work + I miss physical tickets
I couldn’t even go on any rides bc this app wouldn’t even send a verification to my email. I used 2 different emails and it didn’t work. Would 100% rather have physical tickets than this app.
Love this system
Such a seamless process. Made our day so easy. Loved that I could track the kids when they were off doing their own thing. Didn’t even have to line up!!!
