First time good, after few clips ai don’t do good job it’s just to get you on the plan, get any clips even not relevant, also pay premium for all year and still having problem to process the stream, it’s just bad

Misleading
I expected the AI to automatically identify and generate highlight clips. Instead I had to manually select and train the AI using my own content, and after doing that I found the generated clips required a Premium subscription to access. The free version wasn’t useful for the workflow I expected.
Doesn’t work
I bought premium only for it lock my clips and stream behind yet another paywall. I have been literally unable to use it in any capacity and support has blatantly ignored me. Not worth it.

At first they where getting good clips since the update barely getting any clips

My twitch is linked yet I get no clips and sometimes I add my live twitch url and that doesn’t register so idk what to do
Overcharging
Refuse to give refund with same day cancellation of service. You can clip yourselves. Don't overpay a service who won't refund.

The thing is you’re not where yall need to be.
Meaning things don’t work for long content with top tier internet and premium subscription things don’t work. Yall need to fix and update way more. This could be a website/app/platform of a lifetime to help people not only clip and edit but find true meaning in their work. when it comes to gaming, streaming,making content you feel as if you need a character to bring extra dialogue and attention to the video. Fix it up cause goddamn it I believed in yall and paid for full so get it together boys.

Waste of time it’ll make clips of your stream but not let you view it nor export it.

Amazing app
Good clipping software
It does the job, captions are really nice and accurate. Would like to be able to trim the clip like on twitch because it does miss the beginning and end for context or punchline sometimes.
What they need to change
I used to love Eclipse.gg because it made it easy to get clips from my streams and helped small creators and Twitch streamers grow. The app itself works well, but recently it feels like everything is locked behind a paywall. You can barely access clips without subscribing, and the pricing feels too expensive for smaller creators. It’s a good app overall, but the cost makes it hard to recommend to people who don’t have extra money to spend every month. I understand companies need to make money, but Eclipse feels much less creator-friendly than it used to be.

Like dog is man’s best friend Eklipse is a streamers best friend. Forget spending hours after a long stream reviewing for the best clips. Either link your streaming (Twitch) account or upload your stream video and let Eklipse comb through the video and provide you some of the best clips from that stream. If you play some of their marketed games such as COD 7, Forza 6, or Arc Raiders they offer VIP passes to guarantee you get the best clips. I like it so much I went ahead and bought the yearly to save myself about $12 a month.

Somethings change
I once wrote a 5 star review because they ask for a review to enter a contest. But here’s the real review, the app worked amazingly about 6 months ago then they “updated” there AI and since then when you use the AI to edit the videos most of the time it zooms in on the videos and nothing more. I’ve reached out to ask about this and they always tell you go to the discord, and the people on there don’t help. You get a subscription for about 20$ a month but what they don’t tell you is they are starting to request VIP passes for the newer games like Arc Raiders for them to process the clips which is hidden behind another paywall. This app deserves a 2 because it helps get clips only, not worth anything else. I grabbed the app since I saw how other streamers were advertising it but then for another 20$ you can have a real person edit one video.

If it worked like it said it would I’d give it a higher rating. I literally troubleshooted my Facebook link for the app. Now it tells me I can’t connect something I just disconnected from. I can’t connect instagram after doing everything they told me to do.
They don’t even have customer support, just a discord that you can’t submit a ticket too. Deleting this app for sure

The best platform I have used for making clips of my streams
MONEY GRAB
I highly recommend you look for another app if you were looking to get a free user account. You will not be able to get any clips if your stream is under two hours and you will only be allowed three clips a week. You do not get the opportunity to look and pick what clips you want from your streams, but you can still do free editing a free convert to TikTok, but you’d have to do it from another app to bring it to this app so I highly recommend you do not even bother to download this freaking app because they were literally doing it so they can have a money grab and push out all their free users do not fall for it. Do not download it. Do not pay for the premium subscription.
