Stuck in 1980
This bank is so old fashioned. Their app constantly shuts down, makes you reset your password every few months, and offers none of features that are standard with a modern banking institution. Time to catch up with the times!

I got the app so I could make deposits like I do with other banks. There is no deposit button as pictured in the App Store. Very disappointed!

Absolute garbage!!!
Won’t remember my password. Won’t send a code to my phone. Online help is deplorable. I tried calling the bank over the phone to get a live person to make changes to my account so I could access it. Never worked. Years ago I tried creating my own profile, aside from my wife’s, to access our shared bank account since none of my information was in her online access profile. Now I can’t access my personal app account at all. You’d think for a bank needing to secure records, they’d have this down by now, but this nonsense has been going on for years. Try using a little of my money that you make more money on to buy some knowledgeable professionalism in IT.

Instructions need to be more detailed
There is a lot of assumption regarding mobile deposits. The instructions should be more detailed for example: You take a picture of the front and back of the check but there’s no instruction to say what to do next. Through hit and miss I realized you hit the photo button again, the instructions are endorse your check, submit, and receive an email saying whether the deposit went through. There definitely needs to be more detail regarding how to make a deposit. I had to call El Dorado Bank for instructions on more instructions on how to enroll. I was told I had to hit the plus button that should be in the instructions. I found that the instructions for deposit were very lacking.
