This app is horrible !!! Just straight trash !!!!!!!!

La primera vez que baje la app la podia usar sin ningun problema,despues la quise usar y se tuvo que actualizar despues que lo hize ya no me dejo hacer login y no puedo ver mi factura ā¦super mal
New update doesnāt work
App made me update, after the update the app says I have āinvalidā credentials - but works fine on web browser. POS app, just use web browser
Login issues after update
Updated the app today and now I cannot login to the app. I keep getting an āinvalid login credentialsā error when using the app but I can login via the website. This is ridiculous!
Use browser instead
Always having issues with app not allowing me to log in. Itās better through the browser. Electricity in elp is so expensive to not have an app that works properly šš»šš»šš»

App does not work
As title claims app does not work. Youāll have better luck paying over the phone and or in person

Just downloaded the app and immediately the app starts crashing you would think it being a big city they would get this handled
Doesnāt work all the time
The app VERY often closes out when I try and open it up. It stays on the loading screen for a really long time and doesnāt log me in. I have a hard time getting the app to work most of the time. When it works, itās great.
Never works
Iāve never been able gain full access my account through the app nor their website. This app is not the exception. š

UNBEARABLY SLOW
Very very slow to load and crashes all the time. I know they have the money to fix this and donāt understand why they donāt.
