App does not work
As title claims app does not work. You’ll have better luck paying over the phone and or in person

Just downloaded the app and immediately the app starts crashing you would think it being a big city they would get this handled
Doesn’t work all the time
The app VERY often closes out when I try and open it up. It stays on the loading screen for a really long time and doesn’t log me in. I have a hard time getting the app to work most of the time. When it works, it’s great.
Never works
I’ve never been able gain full access my account through the app nor their website. This app is not the exception. 👎

Seeing all other reviews … “2 years ago” you would’ve thought this app would have minimal work that needs to be done. I can’t even make an account! lol just trash.

UNBEARABLY SLOW
Very very slow to load and crashes all the time. I know they have the money to fix this and don’t understand why they don’t.

I don’t ever review apps, but this app sucks. Crashed out and apparently has been doing so for years seeing other reviews.

I open the app and within 5 seconds it goes completely blank im unable to make payments.
Turns blank
I’ve deactivated the app, I’ve logged on and logged off, no matter what, it logs in for a few seconds and goes blank. I’m not able to use it at all. Please fix this, it’s so annoying!

App is a Disaster Recently
Whatever/whoever they’re paying for maintaining this app….they’re getting ripped off. App won’t even load. Renders incorrectly with the username password and login buttons all smashed against the top of my phone. Can’t login. Just says something went wrong but fails immediately, like it’s not even trying. Deleted and reinstalled the app. No change. Used to work fine. Pure disappointment now.

La usaba siempre para pagar y funcionaba muy bien, cambié de dirección y desde entonces ya no funciona para nada, se pone en blanco cuando intento escribir mi nombre de usuario o me dice que mi cuenta está bloqueada.
