Bank in Shambles
I went to use my card and it was placed on restricted status. No notifications sent to me, no one immediate phone call or anything. They reported that they called the same day. I must have missed the call, but this establishments does not have a reliable manner of communication with me. They have my address, phone numbers, e-mail and SS#. But there caution created a cluster of issues with my scheduled payments. This place offers us bothing and demands that we sacrifice for their monetary benefit. I will be ending this account soon! Been a member since the 80’s. They really have gone way down in service and customer satisfaction!
