I experienced data breach, wage theft, and interacted with fake employees with this highly illegal company. I wouldn’t keep this app on my phone if i valued my safety/security. Very dodgy, STAY AWAY.
This company is a scam and waste of time
I had accepted a shift going around to a bunch of vape stores upon my arrival it would not let me start. I tried contacting the lead person could not get a hold of anybody. It basically sent me on a wild goose chase for nothing promised me $200 for a workday and didn’t pay me there was no one I could get a hold of for help absolute waste of your time. Do not take any jobs for this company. They are scam artists they just wanna get your information.

THIS COMPANY AND GIGSMART MUST BE STOPPED!! MYSELF AND SOME OTHER WORKERS SHOWED UP TO A LOCATION TO WORK! WHICH WAS DANGEROUSLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD THE ADDRESS WAS. WE WAIT AND WAIT... WE HEAR NOTHING FROM ANYONE. APP WAS TRYING TO SAY I WASNT AT LOCATION. THAT IS A LIE. THEN THIS MORNING, I was cancelled!! wth no pay? marked as a no show? Ignored by both apps? Suspended from another app, because I cancelled to come work with RWAZI!! All reviews etc are fake!!

Gig from Gigsmart
The app strangely needs you to fill out a very personal information survey that feels like they are just using it for data collection rather than the job itself. They don’t have good communication with you when asked about issues during the shift I called every single one of the organizers in the group chat. I did two stores and dropped the shift because of their lack of communication. It feels scammy. I started at my scheduled time and told them I was having trouble clocking in but after an hour of no response and the Gigsmart app warning me I might not get paid if the organizers decide not to… it’s just too sketchy!

Scam I spent 3 hours on the Wilmington DE job. Went to 6 stores that were not listed in the unorganized ELA App. Someone named Loretta Tender listed as Rwazi contact sent me a separate link. Arrived early clocked in and out for Rwazi to scam me and list me no show in Gigsmart. Do not do this gig it’s a scam.

BOOOOOOO! IT SUCKS!!
Before I can use the app, I gotta fill up my profile. I’ve done it three times and it keeps on saying something ridiculous like “you must enter your height”. First of all why is that so damn important? Secondly, what’s wrong with your stupid app??? I do it in inches. I do it in centimeters I do it over and over and over again, it still doesn’t accept it even though I put an answer in and then of course I gotta try to contact them and I can’t contact them either because it doesn’t accept any of my emails. This f*<king app sucks!

Scam
Was offered a job to take pictures of Vape stores in central California. (It’s illegal to sell vapes in my town) after driving to multiple stores (that they listed for me through google docs) I had to report each one as inaccessible due to not having an option to say they didn’t have vapes. I tried reaching out multiple times to them and the third party app to discuss the situation, but in the end they said that the pictures I took (there were non to even take) they left me on the hook even though I agreed to a 27$ an hour (3 stores=1 hour.) glad I quit after the first 4 because had I kept going I would’ve wasted about a tank and a half of gas, just for them to screw me over. Do not use.
