Whashing machine and dryer do not connect to the app
I’m wondering why Electrolux life app was disabled in Australia. I cannot connect my washing machine and dryer to Electrolux Home care. It’s ridiculous the way Electrolux advertise that appliance can be used through the app, but it is not possible.
Incorrect App
Downloaded this app for my Robot Vacuum. As soon as I opened it, an alert that it had been replaced came on screen. Don’t download but use the Electrolux app instead.
Setting up account
Poor app right from the start, even setting up the account is giving me problems. How use less Electrolux, hope the oven isn’t as problematic as this app.
Simply does not work, never has
We’ve owned Electrolux WiFi enabled washer, drier and fridge for nearly 3 years, and while excellent appliances, they have never reliably worked with this app.
The low App Store score speaks volumes. It’s so disappointing that no one at Electrolux thinks this is worth improving.
When we next replace our appliances we’ll consider other brands based on the rating of their mobile apps by owners.

Doesn’t work
Can’t get my washer or dryer to connect. Tried a year ago and gave up. Just tried again and remembered why I gave up last time. Got a new phone so thought it would work now but still nothing.
Buy something else if you need a connected appliance.
Took delivery yesterday and have given up on trying to connect. Everything in our house is connected except the Electrolux dryer. The developers should be ashamed at putting this out.

I downloaded the app on two phones. Tried FB, Apple login and creating a new login with Electrolux. All timed out multiple times. Uninstalled, restarted phone. Simply cannot login to app.
Can’t even log in
Just got a new fridge, wanted to try out the app, and it won’t even let me log in, it just freezes.
Very unreliable. Now can’t log in. Certificate error.
“Certificate pinning failure” error when attempting to log in to my account. App is unusable. Tried reinstalling app and restarting phone. Happening on multiple devices.
Can’t connect to local network
Even though I have granted permission in my settings for the app to have access to local network, the app isn’t recognising this and therefore cannot move forward to connect device. What a waste of $1200.
The worst app ever
Just trying to connect the appliance to wifi is a saga. I’d implore anyone who is thinking of buying Electrolux, to avoid them. Purely cause their app is so bad and you have to hand over so many personal details to use is. Why tf do you need my home address and phone number to use a darn fridge?!
Notifications gone crazy
Since the latest app update, I am receiving notifications several times a day the my washing and drying cycles are complete even though I haven’t used the washer or dryer. It’s very annoying.
Will not connect
This app is useless and will not connect to wifi.

Electrolux say my router is the problem, I have tried numerous settings with no luck.
Error 70. Electrolux are NO help.
I have no problems with other devices connecting.

Fridge App - more data please!
I like the app. As well as monthly stats, you should allow for “total life” stats on the data you already harvest.

IPad with no landscape
This app only works in portrait mode on my iPad. Something like apps from 10 years ago. Surely these developers do not expect a user to rotate the iPad for only this app? All my other apps work in landscape. Changed my rating after reading the developer response to the review "An app created as a ruse for your data". The developer did not even read the review. Just posted their standard response to ALL reviews. Electrolux would be well advised to bring development in-house and move on from this developer. The reviews say it all!

Absolutely Useless
This would have to be the most useless app I have ever come across.

I have uninstalled the app and re installed on multiple occasions, restarted the phone but it no longer connects to the washing machine.
I can’t schedule the washing machine but it does show on the app the planned start time when set up on the washer itself.
When I try to set up a new appliance, in an attempt to try and set up again, it doesn’t tick the local network access even though it does have that allowed in settings.
I am using an iPhone SE 2020 with iOS 15.6.1.
