This app will s listed in my region but I can’t use it or get any of their ETN where I live.
Changing my location using vpn doesn’t work because everywhere it’s listed requires address with Kyc.
Don’t advertise and make an app available n a region that’s restricted. Like the United States unless you’re tokens can be received using app functions or listed as n non Kyc requiring exchanges.

Doesn’t work
Hasn’t worked at least two years. Worked for about one week in all that time. Thought iOS 26 would fix it, still doesn’t work. What a waste of time and money.
Where can I buy ETN in the UK???
It’s a UK company yet can’t buy in the UK which makes no sense, please let me know what exchange I can use as every one I’ve tried there are restrictions because I’m in the UK.

ETN wallet is not a private cold wallet. It’s same as the exchange anything can happen to your funds and you may likely not have control and you can be locked out!

These people will hold your money hostage. You’ll send your ETN to their wallet, then sometime AFTERWARD, they’ll ask you to do KYC to be able to access your money; and their KYC process is the worse I’ve seen in 4 years of crypto investing. I’ve heard multiple stories of people’s money being tied up for months!

Can’t use my origin country
This app is hosted in the Russian app store, but you can't register with Russian citizenship, even if you are a resident of another country. What's the point?

I can’t login and I don’t think i will ever be able to with current programming loop of this app.

Funds stuck
My documents have been under review for the past 3 weeks basically and no sign of approving my documents. I have sent over 100k coins in the app which is now not accessible to do anything.. basically my coins are all stuck all due to the verification of my documents not been done yet..

Would be much better if we could login using biometrics such as fingerprint or Face ID like most apps have done for years! Come on it’s very basic!

As somebody who has been in crypto for many years, I really thought ETN was a project with potential but it burned out like so many small caps with no clout. Great idea but badly executed and marketed. Typical pump and dump coin, terrible requirement to access wallets etc, need to verify you are a tax payer and need your address etc. DNA verification on the way no doubt. The Reddit sub is also toxic. Avoid and buy DOGE instead, ha ha :)
