Why was I charged
Hey there is nothing stating I will be charged for this app and I was so I want my money back

Hi, this is a paid app, hence, you are charged for buying the app on the app store. Honestly, I am perplexed as to why you have no idea you bought the app. Maybe yourself or someone used your phone and bought it accidentally and the settings of your phone allowed you to confirm purchase with ease. You have to buy the app on the app store to be charged. You are not charged via any in-app purchase. Anyways, only Apple can process the refund. Please raise a refund request with Apple.
