Hi, this is a paid app, hence, you are charged for buying the app on the app store. Honestly, I am perplexed as to why you have no idea you bought the app. Maybe yourself or someone used your phone and bought it accidentally and the settings of your phone allowed you to confirm purchase with ease. You have to buy the app on the app store to be charged. You are not charged via any in-app purchase. Anyways, only Apple can process the refund. Please raise a refund request with Apple. You should be able to do it easily when they send you the receipt of this purchase via email. Hopefully the above information helps! Have a good day and stay safe!

您好，使用方法，环境和手机的状况是很重要的。一般情况，在没有其他电子或金属的情况，是探测得到针孔摄像头的。不过，请还是必须知道这是主要是一个方便携带的探测器，所以准确性不是100%的。这是由于手机的硬件不是设计来探测电子设备的。
