App doesn’t load

I just downloaded the app when it loads up it goes past two scenes then it gets to the logo for the app and after that it doesn’t get past that point. I deleted the app then reinstalled it and it does the same thing 🤦‍♂️

Problem after one night of purchasing the pro version.

The app work perfectly for only one night where I had access to everything. After that when I click on the pro parts like a motor it keep telling me to purchase the pro version. I try contacting the manufacturer of this app but never gotten a reply.
