Зачем делать обновления, если оно перестаёт работать!!! Белый экран. Как передавать показания??? Тупые советы по смене телефона давать не нужно.

После обновления 4.9.1 перестало все работать на IOS 15.8.5 , белый экран и все, поддержка советует Ерунду! -«Поменяйте телефон, почистите кэш приложения (у приложения нет Кэша!).
