Doesn't support wildcards
Response from developer
Wildcard and regex rules are now live. In the rule editor, type * in a plain keyword to match variations (for example bet*), or turn on Advanced to use a full regex pattern. Matching is also whole-word now, so you no longer need to type every singular and plural form by hand. The two remaining points in your review are not solved yet: phishing detection is still conservative, and the AI filter is a fixed on-device model, not one that keeps learning. Thanks again for the push, it shaped this release.

Rules don’t work waste of money

Since this review I’ve rebuilt the rule editor. Keywords are now whole-word matches (so bet catches “bets” and “betting” but not “better”), you can use * as a wildcard, and Advanced mode supports regex. Setup also explains what iOS can and can’t filter: only texts from unknown senders are checked, never contacts or iMessage. That second point is a common reason messages slip through.
Works like a charm!
It doesn’t work for me!
Response from developer
Thank you for trying out the app based on the recommendations, and I am truly sorry that it’s not working as expected for you right now. Since I develop and maintain this app entirely on my own, it’s incredibly important to me that it actually solves your problem. Spam techniques change constantly, and sometimes specific formats slip through the default setup. I really want to help you fix this. Could you please reach out to me at ulusalomer@gmail.com? If you can share a few examples of the texts that got through, I will personally help you adjust your configuration to block them. As an apology for the rocky start, I would also love to set you up with a lifetime Premium account for free.
