There is no more ongoing support for this app. I have sent multiple emails to their support team with no response. The app needs to be updated to allow users to update their linked bank through plaid.
Beware— do not invest
I have been adding money over time through the app with the understanding (based on all available info through the app) that I could redeem the shares at any time. There is a clearly stated timeline stated in the app about the time it takes to redeem shares (based on when month ends). Almost two weeks after my request I get a bogus email saying that they cannot redeem the shares, return my money, nor give a timeline for when the money would be available back to me. I was hesitant to invest more and am glad I did but this is a straight up SCAM. DO NOT INVEST through this app.

Good app but can’t login due to maintenance.
It’s taken a week to complete server maintenance so I’m the meantime I can’t invest or login. When that is complete I’ll update my review.

Elevate.Money is HIGHLY underrated and a VERY well hidden gem. It should be way more popular and more widely distributed amongst the passive-income investor community. This company and their App are so easy and straightforward to navigate and understand. I don’t understand how anyone is claiming they’re having trouble using them. This is one of the most profitable and consistent passive income investments I own, and I have diversified my portfolio with nearly 9 different apps/companies. Dividends have grown roughly 50% for me EVERY month by merely auto depositing the recommended $50. And no, I was not “forced” to open my account with $250, as a reviewer stated in his experience. I merely changed my opening to a modest $100 with issues. Gas stations and dollar-stores are very recession proof and with the long leases, there’s a safer horizon, in my opinion. It’s unfortunate their portfolio doesn’t include more businesses, but I can see how this is an expected situation for a starting company like this. However, there’s a new collaboration between Elevate.Money x Boxable! Boxable is perhaps the most popular prefab homes manufacturer at the moment with a long waiting list close to 200k customers, so the demand is there! I’m hopeful to see a good deal in the making there. If it wasn’t for this pending addition to the company, I would have given 4*’s, but there’s clearly a growing portfolio, so the 5*’s are well deserved. I personally highly recommend this app for those wanting not just passive income with real estate collateral to anchor their investments, but I also recommend Elevate.Money for those investors who have always wanted to invest in gas stations and successful individual retail locations with proven growth, not just a ‘generic’ list of commercial locations. This is something I personally have sought for my portfolio. Customer service has been quick to respond through emails too, a factor that i take highly into consideration before recommending in a review. All in all, this company shows growth and consistent returns. I can see myself increasing my investment with Elevate.Money since it has a higher % return since day 1 than most Apps out there targeting passive income investors. More importantly, most private real estate funds that pay 6-7% on returns require $5k-$10k minimum investments, Elevate.Money only requires a few dollars to open!! Try and best that! For the investor that has truly searched for this level of returns on their investment, passing on this opportunity is foolish, in my opinion. This is truly a hidden gem 💎.
