Great Experience

I’ve been banking on Jiko for a few years now. I love the app and the satisfaction of having my money in a place that gives great yield. Overall a great concept and happy with the service!

Safe and Easy to Use

Best bank for anyone unfamiliar with banking and just want a safe and EASY place to put their money. Jiko has by far the easiest and most intuitive UI of any fintech app out there.

The app’s minimal design is backed up by a super safe framework that lets you essentially have a high-yield savings account that doubles as a checking account since you can use the money whenever wherever you want. You also get 1% cash back on your debit card which is cool since the only other bank that does that is Discover and you can’t go to any and all ATMs with them 🤷‍♂️.

Overall it’s just real simple and safe to use so if you’re not too familiar with finance it’s perfect and has honestly saved me from the hassle of dealing with traditional banks.

I will say however they do lack a few small features that traditional banks have like depositing checks but even that’s not really an issue since you can scan them on Venmo or PayPal and just transfer from there.

Don’t trust this app with your money

Every time I have ever tried using their debit card, my money just vanishes. There is only one employee in this so called bank, which is very odd. Every time I had this issue I had to wait for him to respond, and every time there was a different resolution.

Bad by Affiliation

This app has to be super shady based on the fact that they are working with Juno. Juno has managed to scam millions of dollars

Underrated APP

I have used JIKO for a couple of years now. I have to say the team behind the app is unreal in support and information needed to help you with any of the needs of the app. With a 1% cash back debit card and the initial security of the no facing debit card “no numbers on the debit card” along with the ability to create ach portals and virtual cards enhance the security even more…alll this is topped with a beautiful cherry of your money automatically being invested in t-bills (at $100 increments).

What more could you ask for 😎
