Doesn’t work / sleepy app.
Feels like a forgotten app. Can’t add appt - doesn’t work.
Can’t add appointments
This seems like a nice app but it won’t let me select a date for appointments. The date and time box needs to be able to be visible completely and my iPhone won’t let it do that. Fix this bug and it would be a great app.

Wow, terrible experience
Within 1 minute of chatting with their chatbot I asked 5 questions. Twice it refused to answer, the other 3 were just warnings.
Poked around the rest of the app and it feels like an app from 2015.
I guess this is the state of medical tech.

Helpful but glitchy
I like the simplicity of logging issues and the doctor summary, but the chatbot is very glitchy. It hangs and doesn’t answer me. It’s a great start and I look forward to it getting better.
Pleasantly wonderful
Got to know about this app during the holidays and have been using it little over month. I have Alexa devices at home and use Siri on my phone but the AI bot in this app ‘Elle’ is something else. It is caring in tone and always helpful in recommending information that is useful. I showed it to my mothers doctor and even he was surprised. Technology like this should be shared with doctors as well so they are aware. He complimented the summary report and asked me to keep logging and journaling notes. I plan to keep using this and hope they keep improving and adding more features in future. Well done.

Just what I was looking for
This app is a breath of fresh air. Super simple interface, doesn’t ask for crazy permissions, and helps me stay on track with my logs. Ive been a dementia caregiver for about two years now and its tough. Anything that’s not written down is every thing that gets forgotten when you need it the most. The AI bot Elle is a such a delight and helps me log and journal on a regular basis. My only concern is that it doesn’t integrate with my Google calendar. Also I’m unable to add rest of my family to join me in care for dad. I hope they add that in the next version and I’ll return to give 5 stars. Bless you for creating this resource and giving it out for free.

Good set of resources
This makes it easy to track symptoms my mother is experiencing. It is a little buggy using the chat to book, I have to tell it 3-4 times, but eventually it will note the issue for me. I wish it would remember things I share though instead of answering every question fresh, like it doesn’t have any context about the previous chat or symptoms.

This app is very helpful. Features such as education resources or Dr Summary are very useful.
The chat feature is a life changer! When I don’t know where to start, or who will understand, Elle is there 24/7. Sometimes I don’t even know what I need. This really helps gain clarity and understanding when things get tough!

Helpful Resource and Tool
The app is self-explanatory! Easy to follow and use! I appreciate the questions to help me as a caregiver prepare for doctor appointments, pharmacies, dietitians, nutritionists, medical supply stores and for my own peace of mind. Having the information in one place and providing a doctor summary is very helpful. Even when your loved one is put on Hospice this app and the tools are beneficial when you're searching for answers to the questions you have as to "why", "when", "where". I think also having the app to record your thoughts and feelings is helpful as well. Especially those late nights when you have to be awake so your loved one doesn't walk out the door or becomes disruptive, recording and chatting your concerns when no one else understands helps you gain some balance that someone does care! Thank you for developing the app for past, current and future #CAREGIVERS!
