تواصلنا مع خدمة العملاء أكتر من ٤ مرات، وكل مرة وعد إن الفرع هيتواصل خلال ١٠ دقايق لكن مفيش أي متابعة أو اتصال.
خدمة سيئة جدًا، خصوصًا لما يكون الموضوع متعلق بمريض وكبير في السن.
