عندى ٧٠ سنة، طلبت أدوية من تطبيق صيدلية العزبي الساعة ٧ ونص مساءً لأنها الصيدلية المسؤولة عن صرف أدوية التأمين الصحي، ودلوقتي بقينا ١ صباحًا ولسه الدواء ماوصلش!
تواصلنا مع خدمة العملاء أكتر من ٤ مرات، وكل مرة وعد إن الفرع هيتواصل خلال ١٠ دقايق لكن مفيش أي متابعة أو اتصال.
خدمة سيئة جدًا، خصوصًا لما يكون الموضوع متعلق بمريض وكبير في السن.

THE APPLICATION CRASHES!!!!
Seriously every time I try to open the app since I downloaded it the loading page appears and then the application crashes I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again and the same issue is still there . I don’t know what bugs are you guys fixing when I can’t even open the application for 5 seconds before it crashes!!!!!!

Unreliable with insurance approvals. Different branches say different things. Not suitable for urgent medical needs.

كل مرة ألاقي الحاجة متوفرة في التطبيق وبعد مااطلب تتصل الصيدلية يقول لي الحاجة غير متوفرة علشان كده أنا مسحت التطبيق وللأمانة بطلت أتعامل مع الصيدلية

مكتوب في خلال ساعتين يصل الاوردر دلوقتي اكثر من 4 ساعات ولم يصل ودايما هذا التأخير

اشتريت كولاجين للعظام وأنا في رحله سفر واخذت العرض عندكم كورس كامل 3 علب لمده 3 اشهر والرابعة مجاناً من سيتي ستارز أخذت لأختي وعند عودتي شفت باقي على تاريخ الانتهاء شهر واكيد راح تقول ارسلي الفاتوره ومن هذا الكلام كيف ارجع المنتج واستلم فلوسي والله عيب عليكم
Bad customer service
I have ordered my prescriptions twice this week and the last order I was supposed to receive it between 6-8pm. Until today I have not received it. Very disappointing customer service from the pharmacy next yo Mivida (golden Square)
When they tried to call me they called nearly midnight with no respect for people that wake up at 5am to go to work.
