My grandson lives this app. We’ve had it for a couple years. When he tried to use it today, it required a subscription for $999.99! This can’t be real. He’s so disappointed. It was such a clever little app, but not worth this.

Last year you could get an elf for free and enjoy the app, this year you have to pay for all of it. Sorry but you have ripped everyone off for something that was once really good.

Elf video never saves... Developer recommends deleting app and reinstalling which does not work. How about you actually fix it?!
Elf looks like he is floating over the floor and not walking. Also if you click up FAQ it opens up to a blank page with no text. Don't waste your money.

Don’t bother
I saw this app and knew it would be fun so ofc I downloaded it I flicked through some reviews and most of them were good but there was still a lot of bad ones so went onto the app and pressed start went through all the little tabs and found myself at the subscription section…. Like not even a free trial… you can’t even play the game unless you pay! That’s all I’m going to do. To the devs: please put a free trial

Like it said elf came so I cropped that out but she also said it look so fake like he was walking in the air. She caught us but she still thinks the elf is real.

Worst app I’ve ever purchased.
This is by far the worst app I’ve ever purchased. It doesn’t work you scan the floor and it just shows a loading symbol. You send an email to their helpdesk, They don’t respond. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they stopped responding to email. I’ll be going to my American Express Credit card to report fraud. Do not download this app absolutely waste of money and time.

I was super excited to use this app until when I press start it showed me what to do and then it showed me the pay screen just to use the app if you don’t pay for it you have nothing to do except for doing nothing and staring at the main screen 1/10 wouldn’t recommend
