Multiple users
I wish this app allowed each person to draw more than one name. We usually draw 2-3 people each year. What a bummer.

Great app for any wishlists
This is a fun tool we use for gift exchanges, and sometimes birthdays. I personally add anything I want to buy to keep things all in one place instead of tabs everywhere. It helps keep things organized & give people ideas for gifts for my kids or myself on birthdays. Also have a list for gift ideas for family/friends.

I think elfster is a great app! Allthough old school secret Santa with pulling names on pieces of paper, elfster make it really easy because if you don't know much about someone in you're family and you get them, when you pull them, they should allready have a list made so you can just look at that.
For those who don't have elfster, here is what it is, you create a family with everyone in your secret Santa. Then it rolls names. You can't get anyone in you family. When you sign into elfster you get a list to make and to add stuff, all you do is search on this app and it pops up a bunch of stuff that is and is related to your search so you don't have to find anything off of any other app. But you can add things to your list, and then you can also add things to favorites so people know what you most want vs what you want. You can also add a note to something on your list for what color, size, etc you want. And if someone bought something on your list and someone else clicks on it, they get a notification that someone allready bought it so you won't get the same thing twice. And when you roll your secret Santa, you automatically get their list.

Never forget a birthday again
Reminds me weeks ahead of time when a birthday is approaching for one of my contacts and recommends their most wanted items. Even lets you filter their list to a certain price range so you can stay within a budget. Don’t know what you want? It has awesome suggestions!

this app is amazing for me and my friends because it helps us a lot when we want something for our birthday
Easy of use
I have used this for several years and my one complaint is that different list get made and no way to merge them. I had an old list deleted everything started a new one and people could only see my old list which should have been deleted. Now that I thought I only had one list I added items and people can only see the first items not the current ones. I get on the old list to add things and it takes me to to new list and only my old list is available to view

The UI is terrible and we’re forced to use this app every year. Terrible.

Slow this year
Have used every year for a few years. This year it’s running very slow and I’m getting errors trying to create. My internet connection is fine.
Update: was just an issue on this specific day. Ended up working fine the rest of the month.
