Wish it had personally based recommendations
Loveee using elfster we use it during Christmas time as a secret Santa as there we are a now an all adult family of 12. Only thing I wish was a feature to give you recommendations on wishes based on what you’ve wished for in the past so it’s easier to get an idea for wishes. But 10/10!!
Good Bones- more feedback than review
This is more of feedback than a review. App works pretty good obviously just like any app could use more like polish or rearranging slightly, but functionally works relatively well anyway the more important thing and the reason that I wanted to write this, I think this app is under utilized and could benefit from a rebranding of beyond the scope of just secret Santa this can work for just even general giftgiving instead of having people have to guess what you might want for your birthday (etc..) them you can look kind of like a registry. Mainly all I’m saying is I think the app name and brand bottlenecks the app and keeps it in a box that it doesn’t have to stay in.

We all have been using Elfster for years. We all enjoy using it. It’s great throwing out a hat for gift exchange using Elfster: holidays, get togethers, anniversaries birthdays.
It allows us to shop for stuff people will actually appreciate, use.
Elfster will even be the hat and pick who gets who…and keeps it a secret.

403 forbidden
Can’t use the site or app. Keep getting a 403 forbidden message and I’ve cleared cache and everything. Downloaded and redownloaded the app as well.

I really like Elfster. You do have to worry about your kids putting things on your amazon account, (as me speaking as a kid!) The only thing I wish is for this can be casted at the whole screen.
Giftgiving
This app makes it very easy to pick out my loved ones gifts without giving it away and knowing what they are really hoping for and wishing for and I really like I like that and I like that they cannot see that I’m the one they purchased it, but others can see that that item was already purchased. I think it’s fun and you won’t make you know any mistakes and you can always go at the last minute and see what’s left on the list and you can begin in July if you want I love that.
