Very user unfriendly app
Elgas service is great. But this app is really letting them down. Doesn’t remember logins or enable saved passwords or passkeys. If you hit the wrong button (which is easy to do) you get logged out and have to start again.

I hate the new app. You need to put your email in then you need to put your email in again with your password….worst app I ever have come across
Rubbish
Don’t waste your time downloading. The ordering function just doesn’t work and I’m told by staff that it relies on “someone” manually checking and processing. Other functions are equally useless.
App and service
Possibly the worst service provider of gas - their accounting and admin systems are shocking. The Call Centre is shocking….NZ AFTERHOURS - has no idea what happens in the local arena- disconnected arrangement Deliveries are not on time and shoot out different arrangements to drop gas rather than to suit Customer - this app is terrible as well. Doesn’t hold any information. Have to enter your card details every time the business needs a serious overhaul

Not helpful
Similar to other reviews this app rarely works and it’s near impossible to navigate. I’ve tried logging in 9 times today to pay my balance and I’ve had issues that prevent me from logging in. Terrible app, I’ve not seen one this bad before.
Not user friendly
Difficult to navigate, keep needing to add login details. Can’t use autofill passwords. Unfortunately there is no option to rate -⭐️

I’ve literally given up after being a customer for years and gone with someone else. Just doesn’t work
No Estimated next delivery date ?!
App has a field for next delivery date, it’s now blank. Calling customer service and they say schedule system changed and that info not put into the app until a week or two before your next delivery “they assume”. It’s a gas delivery service - and their app doesn’t tell us the next delivery eta?
App is a dud
This would have to be the worst app I use. It doesn’t remember log in details, every time I go to a different page in the app I have to log in. Sometimes I then get directed to where I wanted to go, other times I get sent back to the front page and go on a merry go round. Credit card details are not up to date but won’t let me update them meaning I have to enter them every time I use it. Probably not a bad thing considering the app is so old, I doubt security is up to par.

App needs work
I have had an order disappear. Once order is created it still needs to be submitted right at bottom - unless you scroll down it is easy to miss. Also once you have ordered you can’t check the order is there or has been created. Faster to phone than use this app - maybe should just change suppliers.
Doesn’t confirm orders
The app feels really ancient. It also doesn’t tell you if your order has done through. Doesn’t tell you when gas is going to be delivered or if it has been delivered. Needs lots of work.

I can see there was a review about this a year ago they still have not fixed the problem.
In addition there is no confirmation screen after you order. Just kicks you back to login screen.

Terrible. Most unfriendly app
This app simply has many bugs. It is impossible to open any invoice in the history. Often the service is not available. Some info is accessible, but given the length of time these faults have been occurring, it doesn't seem like it will ever be fixed.

Useless app
Agree with previous comments on how useless this app is in the year 2020. Also if you try to check your invoice, it thinks invoice number is a phone number
Quicker to ring!
This app was bulletproof until they updated it. You’d think if you tick a box saying ‘remember your customer number’ it would! It doesn’t! You’d also think that if you order gas it would actually order the gas! It doesn’t. The customer service is wonderful however which is just as well as the app is a complete waste of time.

Who constructed this app !!
App is clumsy. After payment it says it’s redirecting to the receipts page then it takes you back to the main page. No receipt !! No way of check if payment was successful unless you check your online banking.

App just takes you to the website regardless of what you're trying to do. I could just go to the website myself if I wanted to but unfortunately the website is just as horrible as the app. Lazy, unimaginative developers.
Not very straight forward
This is the worst app design. Nothing is straight forward. Click on 'check my delivery' and it just all goes to the same menu page that has 100's of options but can't find anything about checking the delivery.
