Main feature is not working
The app advertises that only need to connect to your home wifi only the first time and after that you can access it remotely. Unfortunately that has not been my experience. Please fix it . This will help parent to control and manage wifi !

Not reliable at all
I had blocked some sites on my tab, now the app is not logging in even in the QR or manual mode, its showing wrong password, although I haven’t changed the password and the password is correct as shown in the etisalat login webpage. Its annoying.

This app is not working the way it should, especially when it comes to managing devices on the network. Even after blocking a device through the app, that device still continues to have full internet access. This completely defeats the purpose of using a network control or parental management tool.
The entire point of having a device blocker is to control who is using your Wi-Fi and when. But right now, it seems like the block feature is just for show. I tested it multiple times — blocked a phone, and yet it continued browsing, streaming, and using data as if nothing happened. That’s not just a small bug, that’s a critical failure.
For people relying on this to restrict access for kids, guests, or unknown users, it’s frustrating and honestly very concerning. If an app claims to give you control over your network, that control needs to be real and effective. Right now, it’s not.
I strongly urge the developers to fix this issue as soon as possible. Blocking a device should cut off internet access completely — no loopholes, no delays, no exceptions. Until that’s fixed, I can’t recommend this app for anyone who needs reliable network control.

The app always closes seasion timed out due to full access. And unstable list of connected devices
Poor performance
The router keeps restarting for no reason. When you log in it says "too many attempt" even though no one is logged in. Can you advise what to do?

Really Bad App
Everytime You Open The App You Have To Login And Whenever I Do A Speed Test It Takes More Than 5 Minutes To Start And Gives Inaccurate Results and While I’ve Paid For 850MBPs I’ve Only Got Around 150 MBPS
App has potential but needs a lot of work
App has easy interface but then it misses some very basic details esp. when you go to devices list, it doesn’t show the Mac address upfront for ones it doesn’t recognise by name. In contrast, doing the same via browser, shows these details properly. Another key issue I see is when I click on any of the connected device in the listing, it doesn’t take me to device details but rather takes me to Static/Dynamic IP range page. Ideally it should allow me to manage whether I want to turn off internet on this device, add it to prioritisation or assign a static IP or schedule internet timings for that device, anytime I click on device.

The App needs to be improved and updated to streamline the customer's needs, it keeps asking for a password while the same entered password works on the IP link through the mobile.

The camera cant focus, no matter what i do. The username give me that its wrong but its impossible since i wrote it down with the case sensitive letters, there is no other way to login or send forgot password or username option. Its made to be used by idiots and cant wait for elon musk to take over the world with his amazing starlink internet you guys will go bankrupt.

لا توجد به حلول لاستعادة كلمة السر و المستخدم ويطلب منك التواصل مع مورد الخدمة … بمعنى ان التطبيق عاجز عن حل المشكلة … اتمنى ان يطور هذا التطبيق لخدمة أفضل بالدعم الذاتي دون الحاجة لطلب تدخل من مورد الخدمة او حضور فني من قبلهم .
