Main feature is not working
The app advertises that only need to connect to your home wifi only the first time and after that you can access it remotely. Unfortunately that has not been my experience. Please fix it . This will help parent to control and manage wifi !

Login should work same as e& app.. I am unable to login QR code scan also not working
Not reliable at all
I had blocked some sites on my tab, now the app is not logging in even in the QR or manual mode, its showing wrong password, although I haven’t changed the password and the password is correct as shown in the etisalat login webpage. Its annoying.
“Blocking Devices Does Nothing – Needs Urgent Fix”
This app is not working the way it should, especially when it comes to managing devices on the network. Even after blocking a device through the app, that device still continues to have full internet access. This completely defeats the purpose of using a network control or parental management tool.
The entire point of having a device blocker is to control who is using your Wi-Fi and when. But right now, it seems like the block feature is just for show. I tested it multiple times — blocked a phone, and yet it continued browsing, streaming, and using data as if nothing happened. That’s not just a small bug, that’s a critical failure.
For people relying on this to restrict access for kids, guests, or unknown users, it’s frustrating and honestly very concerning. If an app claims to give you control over your network, that control needs to be real and effective. Right now, it’s not.
I strongly urge the developers to fix this issue as soon as possible. Blocking a device should cut off internet access completely — no loopholes, no delays, no exceptions. Until that’s fixed, I can’t recommend this app for anyone who needs reliable network control.
