The past 3-4 grocery deliveries have been delayed 🙄always the same explanation technical hitches.

Work on your customer support

Yeah, this is all nice and friendly until you actually run into a problem.
The most useless customer support I’ve ever experienced.
I was told my order would be cancelled because my location was outside the delivery range, so I contacted support to cancel it myself and place a new order instead.
Absolute disaster just wasted my time and energy.
