Worst AI customer service

There are many useful features but customer service is just worst!
I really enjoy the E& itself but when it comes to dealing with customer service they just use this useless robot that doesn’t do anything and doesn’t know anything.
worst part is after chatting for almost half an hour even though it can’t help me, it refuses to connect me to a human customer service!

The autopay section of the app is unacceptably buggy.

Horrible

Starting with the title of the app. Impossible to find it in search. When you type etisalat the setting options comes out instead of the app. Also it doesnt load, full of adds. Extremely messy!
